The kindling wood has under 20% moisture content, making it extremely dry and easy to light. This makes it ideal for starting fires, whether in stoves, open fires or chimineas. Contrary to common belief, not all wood can be used as kindling; it needs to be very dry to ignite easily. Season-dried wood meets this requirement perfectly. Certified under the Ready to Burn Certification Scheme (Pending), it means that this kindling has a moisture content guaranteed of less than 20%, resulting in less smoke when burned.
